Alli is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), pediatric nurse, and mother, dedicated to providing nonjudgmental, evidence-based feeding support for you and your baby. Having personally experienced both the joys and challenges of breastfeeding, I understand the complexities and emotions involved. Lola Babies was founded out of a passion to help parents gain the support, knowledge, and confidence they need to feed their babies successfully.

Allison Brown is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), pediatric nurse, and mother, dedicated to providing nonjudgmental, evidence-based feeding support for you and your baby. As a Registered NICU Nurse, parenting/newborn educator, and IBCLC specializing in the Oral Habilitation of the Breastfeeding Dyad, I have extensive expertise in oral function, tongue restrictions, bottle refusal, and low milk supply. I have dedicated my career to compassionate care for children and mothers in the hospital setting and beyond.

The birth of my first son revealed a significant gap in post-hospitalization support, as I faced breastfeeding challenges like tongue tie, engorgement, and mastitis. With the invaluable help of an IBCLC, we were able to rebuild our breastfeeding relationship.

Welcoming a new baby brings both joy and unexpected challenges. I firmly believe women deserve access to evidence-based information and unwavering support to make informed decisions. While prioritizing what’s best for their babies, parents deserve an advocate on their journey.
